So, as is clear in our many photos, Ush and I had a wonderful adventure travelling Mexico for three weeks. From mountains on horseback, beaches, cobblestone strrets and markets, we loved every bit! The food was always an experience, as you can see we took a photo of every meal!! But that's alot of what travelling comes down to! The basics! I'm in Mexico city now waiting for Giovanni to arrive, I can't wait to get out of the city. Apart from Frida Kahlo's house, there is nothing much else that I have liked here in this enormous city. It's very heavily polluted, grotty and full of traffic. I spent all day today catching the metro and pushing myself through crowded marketed streets to finally find the bus station where I could buy our tickets tomorrow out of here!
Enjoy!
Mazunte beach, on the south coast of Mexico, near Puerto Escondido....
Ah!! Holidays!
Wow! We went on a boat tour to see the giant turtles!! There were hundreds of them floating out at sea.....These two were mating (which takes up to eight hours!!!)
We then swam with one and touched it's shell and hard skin before the tour guide let it go and it floated down to the bottom....We were also so lucky because we saw Killerwhales!! The black and white Orcas...only about ten metres away! Wow!!
